About the Emergency Lighting System

oELS was the first custom-made British-focused solution to the control of ELS vehicles, this resource allowed for full customisation of the experience players had when using ELS vehicles whilst remaining optimised. In recent developments, support was added for customisable keybinds per user and support for non-ELS vehicles.

oELS has been a resource that has been used on countless large British roleplaying servers including West London RPC, Kent RPC v2 and London's Calling RPC.

Features

  • Directional Lighting - Easily customise which direction the beams of light go from the vehicle allowing you to have lights only showing at the rear if only the rear of the lightbar is active.

  • Fully Customisable - The team have produced systems to ensure that this resource is fully customisable for your needs from the colours of the lights produced to the number of sirens a vehicle has.

  • Failsafes - Failsafes exist within the system to identify incorrectly formatted configuration files for vehicles and fall back to a provided default configuration. This prevents issues for players when they try to use vehicles.

  • Detailed Debugging - Want to find out exactly what is happening? We provide a large amount of debugging configurable by the server owner.
