Downloading Resources

Downloading resources is simple and can be done via the OMSolutions website

Once you have purchased a product from the OMSolutions website, you will receive an email with the link to download your resource. Alternatively, you can visit your Orders page on the website where you can find all your previous orders, which includes the file to download and password for the archive.

The website says I have reached my maximum downloads!

Don't worry, simply open a ticket via the OMSolutions Discord Server and a member of the team will be able to assist you in getting your download permissions reset. Please ensure you have your Order ID on standby as we will need this to approve the downloads.

How do I get my customer roles?

To get your customer role, simply visit the Discord Linking page of our website and connect your Discord account. The OMSolutions bot will handle the rest and ensure you are roled correctly, if this doesn't happen simply open a ticket.
